Just a fine choice for an overnight stay in Honolulu with value for money. Staff was friendly and polite, which made check-in less stressful despite the chaos. Be prepared for extra fees beyond the advertised rate.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with access to helpful amenities such as laundry facilities and a refreshing outdoor pool, all just a short distance from the beach.
Nothing, all great.

The location definitely nailed it, right across from Hilton Hawaiian Village and just a short walk to the beach. I loved having on-site parking, which made getting around really easy. My room was somewhat updated with comfy beds, but it felt cramped, even for Waikiki. The shower pressure was weak and the bathroom lighting was poor. I noticed street noise at night, which made it hard to sleep soundly. Room service was a hassle. they only did it every other day. I ended up chasing down staff for fresh towels and more cups since the room only had two for four people. I appreciated the free coffee in the lobby, but it would have been nice to have tea bags available too. Staff members were nice and helped whenever I asked, so that was a plus.

The room was spacious with two comfy queen beds, and we loved morning walks to the lagoon for a refreshing swim.
In my kids' opinion, more kid-friendly snacks should be available in the store.

great location but lacking in some amenities
The walking distance to the beach was a huge plus for our family. We loved having a coffee maker and fridge in our room, which made it easier to enjoy snacks and drinks during our stay.
The lobby was tidy, but it felt a bit basic and could use more inviting décor.

Affordable Stay with Easy Beach Access
Enjoyed a great 9-night stay in a city view room. The location was perfect—easy stroll to the beach! Be mindful of the unexpected amenity fee. Consider going next door for breakfast specials. The room was comfortable, but watch out for TV interference from adjacent rooms.

Exceptional staff and great location!
Our stay was wonderful, with the staff being particularly helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect, so close to Waikiki Beach and fantastic restaurants. Having complimentary coffee and being able to grab fresh fruit in the lobby added a nice touch to our experience. However, the street noise could be bothersome at times.
